Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 1 days of delivery.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization number (RA).
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number.
  • Ship the item to the specified return address at the customer’s expense.

3. Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
